Jim Snyder
Jim serves as President of Retzke/Snyder Electrical Contractors, Inc. His background includes thirty-plus years of experience in the electrical industry with over twenty years devoted to project management. He maintains a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification through BICSI in addition to various electrical and contractor licenses. Jim takes an active interest in all phases of the daily operation of the business as well as bidding and managing small to multi-million dollar projects.

Ken Paponetti
Ken joined our management team in the fall of 1997 as our Controller. Prior to joining Retzke/Snyder, Ken was the Regional Controller of a national contractor.
Jim Wilson
Jim, our Senior Project Estimator/Manager, is a former branch manager for JWP Electrical Services Co. of Ohio. He brings over twenty years of experience in project management as well as nearly thirty years of field experience. During his years of project management, Jim has completed jobs ranging up to six million dollars for institutional, industrial and commercial facilities, as well as developing specialized skill in public works such as water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Pat Coffey
Pat has been with Retzke/Snyder Electrical Contractors, Inc. since 1995 as a Field Supervisor. With over thirty years' experience, Pat is currently serving as an Estimator/Project Manager.
Amy Peabody
Amy joined Retzke/Snyder in 2005 as our technical coordinator. Amy has over eighteen years experience in the engineering field working as a CAD operator, lighting designer, engineering technician and estimator. Amy’s experience includes work on projects such as water and wastewater treatment facilities, education facilities, highway and street lighting, and local sports complexes. |
